DTG Printing (Direct To Garment)
This technology allows full colour CMYK (and white) liquid ink to be finely sprayed directly onto garments, giving a super-detailed print and in small quantities

- Higher detail and resolution than screen printing
- Easy set-up, just send us a PDF or decent resolution PNG file
- Each garment can be different
- Ideal for 1 - 1000 quantities
- Speedy and quick - up to 50 garments per hour
- Turnaround in as little as 24 hours, but usually 4-5 days
- For Cotton garments only
Best for large intricate designs using lots of colours - ie:
Use for: Band T-shirts and Hoodies - Festival T-shirts and Hoodies - Event T-shirts and Hoodies - Merch T-shirts and Hoodies
DTF Printing (Direct To Film)
This technique is where full colour liquid ink (and white ink) is reverse printed to a thin clear film, and then turned over and pressed to a garment using a heat press.
We prefer NOT to use this method for larger prints, as they can feel plasticky and sweaty for the wearer, where DTG (above) is a much better option for this.
- Super sharp detailed images - slightly sharper and better refined edges than DTG
- Best for smaller designs and fine text
- Great for left chest logos
- Easy set-up, just send us a PDF or decent resolution PNG file
- Each garment can be different
- Ideal for 5 - 500 quantities
- Turnaround in as little as 48 hours, but usually 4-5 days
- Great for cotton, polyester and sportswear
Best for smaller, more intricate designs using fewer colours
Use for: Logo workwear - Sportswear - Polyester garments.
Vinyl (Flex) Printing
An older method that is still great for certain designs - rolls of coloured vinyl are CAD-cut to shape with your design, weeded and then heat-pressed to your chosen garments.
- Super sharp detailed images - even sharper and better refined edges than DTG
- Best for smaller logos and fine text
- Only option for special effect colours - gold, silver, fluorescent, sparkle, glitter etc
- Great for left chest logos
- Easy set-up, just send us a vector file or decent resolution PNG file
- Ideal for 1 - 100 quantities
- Turnaround in as little as 24 hours, but usually 4-5 days
- Great for cotton, polyester and sportswear
Best for smaller, more intricate designs using fewer colours, or special colours. Designs with lots of text are best using DTG or DTF
Use for: Logo workwear - Sportswear - Polyester garments - Hen and Stag weekend tees
Embroidery
There are some projects where printing just doesn’t cut it - usually for more formal workwear and headwear. Embroidery still adds an element of old school sophistication to your garment.
- Choose embroidery for a more traditional and formal look
- Use for Polo shirts, Formal shirts, Baseball caps and beanies
- Great for smaller logos and fine text
- Ideal for left chest logos
- Easy set-up, just send us a PDF or decent resolution PNG
Use for: Formal workwear - Sportswear - Garments with a collar - Baseball caps - Beanie hats
We prefer to supply and print garments
We supply 95% of the garments the we decorate (print or embroider).
We choose t-shirts and hoodies that we know and trust will give the best results, and garments that provide you with the best balance of price vs quality. We use brands such as Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, AWDI, Stanley and Stella, Premier and Result. We can also supply garments from well known brands such as Adidas, Nike, Under Amour and Jack Wolfskin.
